Telesales Representative Job Description Detailed Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation and Identification: Finding and qualifying potential customers, often through cold calling, networking, or lead generation platforms.  Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.  Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.  Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting products or services to potential customers, often through presentations, demos, or product showcases.  Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers to reach mutually agreeable sales agreements.  Sales Quota Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.  Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing ongoing support.  Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.  Collaboration: Working with marketing, product development, and other teams to support sales efforts.  Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
