Job SummaryThe Picker and Racker is responsible for accurately picking pharmaceutical products from warehouse locations based on customer orders and placing them in the correct racks for storage and dispatch. The role ensures proper handling of medicines, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Picking

• Pick medicines and healthcare products as per order requirements.
• Ensure correct product, batch number, and quantity are picked.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO guidelines while picking products.

2. Racking / Put-away

• Arrange and store products in designated rack locations.
• Ensure medicines are stored according to warehouse standards.
• Maintain proper labelling and organisation of racks.

3. Inventory Handling

• Assist in stock counting and inventory audits.
• Report damaged, expired, or short stock to the supervisor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.

4. Packing Support

• Support the packing team when required.
• Ensure picked products are handed over correctly for packing and dispatch.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Follow pharma handling guidelines and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive medicines if applicable.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 10th / 12th Pass
• Prior warehouse or pharma experience is preferred
• Freshers can also apply.

• Ability to read product names and codes
