Hiring: Senior Planning Engineer – High-Rise Residential Project

Location: Chikkajala, Bengaluru

Project Size: 9 Lakh Sq. Ft. (4 Towers | B+16 Floors)

Experience: 7 – 10 Years

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, update, and track baseline schedules, micro-plans, and daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Resource & Material Management: Prepare detailed manpower and material schedules to optimize site resources and prevent execution bottlenecks.
• Execution Support: Serve as a dedicated bridge between the Project Manager, site execution teams, and contractors to ensure smooth, cordial workflow on-site.
• Technical & Drawing Review: Interpret structural and architectural drawings, ensuring execution matches design specifications.
• Software Tracking: Track project velocity, cost variations, and resource utilization using MS Excel and planning tools.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience.
• Must have prior experience on high-rise residential building projects.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and planning tools (MS Project / Primavera).
• Strong understanding of CAD drawings, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• High-energy, proactive "go-getter" attitude with strong team collaboration skills.
