Plumber

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and responsible Plumbing Technician to install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate should be able to read drawings, follow safety procedures, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

• Key Responsibilities:Install water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater piping systems.
• Install sanitary fixtures including WCs, wash basins, urinals, showers, bathtubs, and faucets.
• Carry out pipe fitting using UPVC, CPVC, PPR, HDPE, PEX, Copper, GI, and SS piping systems.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and layouts.
• Perform pressure testing, leakage testing, and system commissioning.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Identify and rectify plumbing defects and leakages.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
• Follow company safety guidelines and site regulations.
• Report daily work progress to the supervisor.
• Requirements:ITI/Technical qualification in Plumbing preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of plumbing installation or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, and tools.
• Ability to read plumbing drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewage, and pumping systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in residential villas, apartments, hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of pressure pumps, heat pumps, STP systems, and water treatment systems.
• Experience with testing and commissioning of plumbing installations.
