𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐘: Square Yards

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒: 5 Days a Week

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:

• Handle end-to-end sales of new and vacant properties through leads assigned in the CRM.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Generate and conduct property site visits for interested clients.

• Negotiate with buyers and ensure successful deal closures.

• Achieve a target of 5–6 prospective site visits every week.

• Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up details in the CRM.

• Build strong customer relationships throughout the property-buying journey.

𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:

• Graduation in any discipline is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

• Strong customer-handling, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Energetic, confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.

• Must own a two-wheeler for client meetings and property visits.

• Must be currently employed or serving a notice period.

𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 & 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐒:

• Fixed salary of ₹3–4.7 LPA.

• Uncapped performance-based incentives.

• Earn approximately ₹35,000+ monthly incentives on achieving minimum targets.

• Consistent performers can earn ₹1 lakh+ monthly incentives.

• Target-based appraisal and promotion opportunities every three months.

• Earn up to a 10% salary hike based on performance.

• ESOP eligibility on every successful deal closure.

• Earn up to 40% incentives for exceeding base targets.

• Team-management opportunities after achieving six or more deals.

• International opportunities based on performance and tenure.
