Nestopia Interiors is an interior design and execution company focused on delivering quality, functional, and thoughtfully designed interior solutions to its customers. We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team on a 3-month contract basis and support our sales team in effectively connecting with potential customers.

Role Overview

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective customers from the data provided by the company, understanding their requirements, qualifying potential leads, and ensuring relevant prospects are effectively connected with the sales team.

The role requires excellent communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the company-provided calling software.
• Understand customer requirements, project details, budget, and timelines.
• Qualify leads based on the customer's requirement and level of interest.
• Provide basic information about Nestopia Interiors and its services.
• Generate interest and establish initial communication with potential customers.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the company's system.
• Complete daily calling and follow-up activities as per the assigned targets.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with all prospective customers.
• Share daily activity and performance reports with the reporting manager.

Work Arrangement & Training

• During the first 15 days of the contract, the employee is required to work from the Nestopia Interiors office for training, onboarding, and familiarization with the company's processes, calling system, products, and services.
• After successfully completing the initial training period, the employee will work remotely.
• Even after transitioning to remote work, the employee will be required to report to the Nestopia Interiors office once a week, on the day specified by the management/team.
• Attendance at the office during the training period and the weekly office visit thereafter will be mandatory.

Contract Terms

• Contract Duration: 3 Months
• Employment Type: Contract Basis
• First 15 Days: Mandatory work from office for training and onboarding.
• After Training: Remote work with mandatory once-a-week office attendance.
• Continuation or extension after the initial 3-month contract will be based on performance, business requirements, and mutual agreement.
