Position Title: Presales Technical Engineer – Electronic Security

Department: Sales

Reports To: Director of Technical Sales

Working Days & Office Hours: As per current company standards.

Experience: Minimum 1 year, experience in a similar industry is preferable

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Technical Engagement:

Engage with prospective clients to analyse requirements, and evaluate technical feasibility.

2) Demos, Proof of Concept (PoC) & Presentations:

Post the requirement analysis, Prepare Technical Demo & Presentations as per the requirement.

Design, configure and manage PoCs or trials to prove solution value and to handle technical objections.

3) RFX Management:

Lead or contribute to responses for Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and security assessment documents.

4) Cross-Functional Skills:

Should be able to adpot & learn the competitor products, understand the Market needs & engage the Support Team with necessary Tranings.

5) Sales Handoff:

Ensure a seamless transition of technical scope and client expectations to the post-sales implementation Team till the closure.
