Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers professionally.
  • Explain project details, pricing, offers, and features to clients clearly.
  • Generate and qualify leads through regular customer interaction.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with interested customers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to build strong customer relationships.
  • Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling and visit management.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Achieve assigned targets and support overall sales activities.

Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time related to accounts, administration, and project coordination.
