About the Role :

NoBroker is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. • Key Responsibilities :
• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Explain NoBroker's products and services effectively.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers to improve conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with active listening skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
• Eligibility:
• Diploma or Graduate (Any Stream).
• Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English and any one of the following languages:
• Hindi
• Kannada
• Tamil
• Telugu
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Candidates must have a suitable setup and reliable internet connection for WFH.
