Preschool Teacher

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and passionate Preschool Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will support children's overall development through age-appropriate activities, play-based learning, and positive interactions.

Responsibilities:Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.Teach early literacy, numeracy, phonics, and life skills.Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.Monitor and record children's progress and development.Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance techniques.Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress.Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children.Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or a related field.Prior experience working with preschool children is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
