Job Description

We do have the opening for the process trainer.

Need Bpo industry candidates., looking immediate joiner.

Interested please apply.

•Updating Daily Batch best file for all the taken batches

•Making SDL and adding a Voice to it.

•Making RCA of a particular call escalated from the client or the heigher

management.

•Updating the ongoing OJT reports of Batches.

•Taking TNI and making TNA .

•Making SME roster on weekly basis.

•Taking interviews for the line Trainer's and SME

•Taking CQ and FE and OCR training for the below performer's.

•Scorecard of SME,

•Completing the GISP of the company.

•Making presentations ( on TNI )

•0-30 performance

•Auditing the DSAT Calls of the associates
