Role Description The Dental Digital Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on supporting and promoting INDENT’s digital dental products, including diagnostic and treatment-related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating products to dental professionals, providing technical guidance and training, assisting customers with product selection, and addressing product-related queries. The specialist will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather feedback from users, contribute to product improvements, and help develop educational content and presentations. The role also includes regular visits to clinics, hospitals, labs, and institutions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of product adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, digital dentistry workflows, and familiarity with diagnostic and treatment-related equipment and software.
• Experience in product demonstrations, clinical training, or technical support for healthcare or dental products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with dental practitioners, institutions, and internal teams.
• Comfort with on-site customer interactions, field visits, and managing multiple client engagements in Bengaluru and nearby regions.
