Job Summary - We are looking for a knowledgeable, confident, and passionate Product Trainer to educate distributors, associates, and customers about our wellness and nutrition products. The candidate will be responsible for conducting product training sessions, explaining product ingredients and benefits, guiding users on recommended product usage, and delivering engaging training sessions in multiple regional languages.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare, medicine, nutrition, or Ayurveda, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct product training sessions for distributors, associates, and customers.
• Explain product ingredients, nutritional value, features, benefits, and recommended usage.
• Develop and deliver engaging product presentations, training videos, webinars, and online sessions.
• Conduct product training through Zoom, in-person meetings, and other digital platforms.
• Educate the sales and distribution teams on product knowledge and frequently asked questions.
• Communicate scientific and nutritional information in a simple, clear, and understandable manner.
• Deliver training sessions in multiple regional languages to support a diverse distributor network.
• Assist in preparing product training materials, presentations, FAQs, and educational content.
• Address product-related queries professionally and provide accurate, evidence-based information.
• Ensure all product communication follows approved company guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to create educational product videos and promotional content.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs.

Educational Qualifications Mandatory Qualification: A PhD in a relevant field, Nutritionist/Nutrition qualification, or a degree in BAMS/MBBS.

Preferred areas of expertise include:

• PhD in Nutrition, Food Science, Life Sciences, or a relevant healthcare field.
• Degree or recognised qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• BAMS – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.
• MBBS – Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of nutrition, health, wellness, and product education.

Language RequirementsStrong multilingual communication skills are essential.

The candidate should be proficient in Kannada, English, Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu. The ability to explain complex product information clearly in multiple languages will be a major advantage.

• Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain scientific concepts simply.
• Confidence in conducting training sessions for large and small audiences.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations and online training platforms.
• Ability to create structured training materials and educational content.
• Willingness to travel for distributor meetings, events, and training programs, as required.
• Professional attitude, strong organisational skills, and a passion for health and wellness education.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in product training, nutrition counselling, healthcare education, or wellness product training.
• Experience conducting webinars, seminars, workshops, and distributor training sessions.
• Experience in the direct-selling, nutraceutical, nutrition, or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
