The candidate will be responsible for production planning, raw material and machinery management, manpower planning, CNC/VMC programming, and ensuring timely fulfilment of production schedules. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the production department of an automotive engineering company.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan raw materials, machinery, manpower, and production requirements.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Manage CNC/VMC programming and coordinate machine operations.
• Plan and manage tools, jigs, fixtures, and other production equipment.
• Prepare and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, APQP documentation, and MRM (Management Review Meeting) reports.
• Conduct monthly production reviews and monitor production performance.
• Carry out LPC, DIR, 8D activities, and internal audits as required.
• Monitor quality performance and work towards achieving the 99 PPM target.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
• Monitor raw material usage, reduce wastage, and optimise manufacturing costs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with at least 5 years of production department experience in an automotive engineering company.
• Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC programming and manufacturing processes.
• Practical experience with PFMEA, DFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and 8D problem-solving.
• Experience in production scheduling, manpower planning, and material management.
• Good customer coordination, analytical, and team management skills.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹5,000 based on performance
• Salary depends on skills and experience.
