Project Manager – ConstructionRole OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible

for planning, coordinating, and managing residential

and commercial construction projects from inception to handover. This

role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to

deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities·        

Project Planning & Execution

Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Ensure

smooth execution from start to finish.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors,

and clients to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

·        

Progress Monitoring Track project

milestones, monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Implement

corrective measures when required.

·        

Site Inspections Conduct regular

site visits to review construction activities, ensuring compliance with

approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

·        

Cost & Billing Review Review

contractor bills, assess work progress, and analyze project cost reports for

accuracy and efficiency.

·        

Leadership & Reporting Lead

project meetings, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updates to

management and clients.

Required Skills & Competencies·        

Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong expertise in budgeting and cost control.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and

ensure smooth coordination.

Educational Qualification·
