Property Manager

We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and proactive Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and liason of our properties. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, and vendors. Your mission will be to ensure efficiency, and maintain high standards of occupant satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day property operations, conduct regular site inspections, and supervise on-site personnel (housekeeping, security, and administrative staff).

* Tenant Relations: Act as the primary liaison for tenants. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints quickly, manage onboarding/move-out protocols, and enforce community rules or lease terms.

* Maintenance & Facilities: Coordinate structural upkeep, routine repairs, utilities, and emergency maintenance. Oversee key facility systems such as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), DG backup etc.

* Vendor & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and monitor the performance of external subcontractors and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

* Compliance & Legal: Ensure the property adheres to all local authority regulations, building codes, and safety protocols. Coordinate the execution and renewal of legal rental agreements.
