Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales)

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Relationship Manager with a strong background in Channel Partner (CP) Sales to drive sales, generate revenue, and achieve business targets. Candidates with prior experience handling projects from Godrej, Sobha, Prestige, Brigade, and other reputed Bengaluru developers will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate, follow up on, and convert sales leads through calls, meetings, and site visits
• Present real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients
• Convert leads and close sales in line with company policies
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with clients Eligibility
• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate
• Good knowledge of real estate projects across South, North & East Bengaluru
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
