Hiring: Senior QA/QC & Billing Engineer – High-Rise Project

Location: Chikkajala, Bengaluru

Project Scale: 9 Lakh Sq. Ft. (4 Towers | B+16 Floors)

Experience: 7 – 10+ Years

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Material Testing: Perform inspects on raw materials, structural elements, and workmanship on-site to enforce strict quality standards and Indian Construction Codes (IS Codes).
• Bill Certification: Verify, audit, and certify vendor and contractor bills at the site based on actual work executed and quality compliance.
• Documentation & Method Statements: Prepare, organize, and maintain standard operating procedures, Method Statements, QA/QC checklists, and audit reports.
• Team Coordination: Distribute approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality protocols to site execution teams and monitor strict adherence on-site.
• Management Reporting: Prepare clear quality reports and presentations using MS Excel/PowerPoint to highlight quality issues, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans for management.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 7 to 10+ years of core QA/QC and site billing experience in high-rise residential construction.
• Thorough knowledge of IS Codes, material testing procedures, and quality compliance frameworks.
• Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer tools for documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between management, project teams, and site execution crews.
