Job Description
Industry: Machine Vision / Industrial Automation / Manufacturing Technology
MOST IMPORTANT :-
- Must have own or rented 2 wheeler
- Background in sheet metal fabrication & machining processes
- Strong command of engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
📋 What You'll Do:
- Inspect components and sub-assemblies at vendor sites
- Monitor and improve process quality and output at vendors' facilities
- Build and maintain quality management system (QMS) documentation
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for supplier quality issues
- Collect and analyze quality data statistically
- Generate and circulate MIS reports to management
- Act as the liaison between procurement and assembly teams
✅ What We're Looking For:
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Background in sheet metal fabrication & machining processes - VERY IMPORTANT
- Strong command of engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication and machining processes
- Solid grasp of QA tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
