Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Real Estate Relationship Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of the local real estate market, and a proven track record in sales or client servicing within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management & Acquisition:

ü Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships.

ü Understand client requirements, investment goals, and budgets to recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

ü Handle inbound leads promptly and convert prospects into site visits and final buyers.

• Property Tours & Presentations:

ü Organize and conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and project presentations for clients.

ü Highlight key features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal/regulatory details of properties accurately.

• Sales & Negotiation:

ü Guide clients through price negotiations, booking processes, and paperwork.

ü Coordinate with internal sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal closures.

ü Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

ü Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

ü Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or Consultant in the real estate sector.

ü Skills:

o  Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o  Strong customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.

o  Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

ü Other Requirements:

o  Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
