Job Description – Channel Partner (CP) SalesPosition: Channel Partner Sales Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, property consultants and real estate agencies.
• Identify, onboard and activate new Channel Partners to expand the sales network.
• Generate leads and drive site visits, bookings and closures through the CP network.
• Regularly meet CPs and communicate project details, inventory, pricing, offers and USPs.
• Conduct project presentations and partner meetings.
• Follow up with CPs and customers to ensure timely conversions.
• Track leads, site visits, bookings and CP performance through CRM.
• Develop strategies to increase business through existing and new channel partners.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales and CRM teams for smooth closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Partner / Agency / Broker Sales preferred.
• Strong existing network of brokers and channel partners will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong sales and closing ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.
• Team-handling experience preferred for Manager-level positions.

Compensation: As per experience and market standards + incentives.
