Job Description

Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Weekly Holiday: Any 1 weekday holiday between Tue- Thurs according to candidate preference


Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day hostel operations smoothly

* Rent Collection and ledger maintenance

* Attend tenant queries, complaints, and maintenance issues

* Coordinate room allotments, check-ins, and check-outs

* Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety within the PG

* Supervise housekeeping and food service staff

* Follow up on rent payments and basic administrative tasks

* Assist residents with any urgent requirements

* Maintain good communication with management and tenants


Requirements:

* Basic communication skills in English, Hindi /Kannada

* Responsible and organized personality

* Basic WhatsApp and phone handling skills

* Friendly but disciplined approach towards residents
