A Showroom Sales & Reception Executive manages front-desk visitor greetings and drives two-wheeler vehicle sales.
Job Overview
• Role: Showroom Sales and Reception Executive
• Location: Showroom floor and front desk
• Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Front Desk & Reception: Welcome all showroom visitors with a polite attitude, answer incoming phone calls, and direct clients to the correct staff member.
• Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in buyers, listen to their budget and vehicle needs, and suggest suitable scooter or motorcycle models.
• Product Demonstrations: Explain vehicle specifications, mileage, colors, and safety features, and arrange test rides for interested customers.
• Sales & Financing: Discuss pricing, booking amounts, insurance packages, and vehicle finance options with buyers to close sales.
• Record Keeping: Maintain daily visitor logs, track active sales leads, and update customer inquiry details in the database
