Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing potential candidates and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, or People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.), social media, and campus recruiting platforms.
• Resume Screening: Review inbound applications and resumes against job requirements to build candidate shortlists.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate phone, video, or in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Database Management: Maintain and update applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment databases.
• Job Posting: Help draft and publish engaging job descriptions across various hiring channels.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organization: High attention to detail with strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
