Job Summary

Kinaara Enterprise is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Relationship Manager to handle leads received from banks and convert them into life insurance customers.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting bank-generated leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable life insurance products, and converting qualified leads into successful policy customers.

Candidates with relevant experience in banking, life insurance, insurance sales, or financial product sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads received from banking channels.
• Convert bank-generated leads into life insurance customers.
• Understand customer financial and insurance requirements.
• Explain life insurance products, benefits, features, and policy terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and complete the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions.
• Coordinate with banking and internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Provide timely follow-up and support to customers throughout the sales process.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Banking, Life Insurance, Insurance Sales, or Financial Sales.
• Age between 23 and 38 years.
• Male and female candidates can apply.
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Candidates should be comfortable making calls and following up with customers.

Important Eligibility Note

Candidates with Accounting experience are not eligible for this position. Please do not apply if you do not have relevant Banking, Life Insurance, Insurance Sales, or Financial Sales experience.
