💼 Job SummaryUtkarsh Small Finance Bank is hiring Relationship Officers – Home Loan & LAP Sales for multiple locations.

The candidate will be responsible for generating Home Loan and LAP business through direct sales, field visits, customer acquisition, DSA/connector networks, and local market sourcing.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Home Loans and LAP through field visits, references, cold calling, and local market activities.
• Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, brokers, connectors, builders, CAs, and other channel partners.
• Conduct regular field visits to residential projects, builder locations, resale property markets, and potential customer areas.
• Understand customer requirements and assess basic income, eligibility, and property details.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, EMI, processing fees, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Collect and verify KYC, income, and property-related documents.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing and sanction.
• Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and disbursements.
• Manage the complete customer journey from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
• Maintain proper records of daily leads, logins, sanctions, and disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
• ✅ Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–5 years in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan, or related field sales.
• Candidates from Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Small Finance Bank backgrounds preferred.
• Strong experience in DSA/Connector/Channel Partner management will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Home Loan/LAP products and loan documentation.
• Strong lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion skills.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and daily market visits.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field movement.
• Knowledge of the local market and property segment will be an added advantage.
