Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to policy renewals.
  • Educate customers on renewal processes, premium payment options, and policy benefits.
  • Follow up with customers for pending renewals and ensure timely closure.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues related to renewal payments or policy status.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal targets and contribute to retention goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and process improvements.
