Renewal- Voice Process | Customer Support

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for handling renewal-related customer interactions through a voice process, supporting customers with policy renewal requirements, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to insurance policy renewals.

• Communicate clearly with customers in English and Hindi.

• Explain renewal requirements, policy-related information, and applicable processes.

• Follow up with customers for pending or upcoming renewals.

• Address customer queries and provide accurate information or appropriate resolution.

• Maintain professional communication and deliver a good customer experience.

• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and renewal-related targets.

• Maintain accurate call and customer interaction records as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant voice process / customer service / telecalling experience.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Knowledge of any South Indian language will be preferred.

• Customer-focused approach with good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work towards individual and team targets.

• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Bangalore office location.
