Job Description

You aim to ensure customers walking into our Bangalore Bicycle Store are assisted, inspired, and motivated to stay cycling.


Strong sales skills, in-depth product fundamentals, fantastic customer service capability, and marketing and event execution capabilities - are the tools you would need in your toolbox.


Remember, your goal is to sell the passion for cycling, keep our riders riding, and not just stop at the sale of a bicycle.


Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable about cycling products available and understand what's needed by bikers in the bike shop
  • Contribute towards bike shop operations - visual merchandising, marketing, inventory planning, stock counting, vendor management, financial planning, etc
  • Active involvement with local communities in the city


Core Skills

  • Loves cycling or outdoors
  • Good people skills - likes to connect and build relationships
  • Enjoys deep diving into products to understand how they can impact cycling
  • Comfortable with numbers, computers, and handling basic finance
