Retail Sales Executive
Location: Bengaluru,
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
Experience: 0-3 years (freshers welcome)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Salary: ₹25,000-35,000 per month in-hand
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, science-backed D2C hair and scalp care brand. It combines Ayurveda, Dermatology and Nutrition to deliver personalized, holistic hair loss solutions, and it is rapidly expanding its offline presence across India.
Role Overview
You will be the face of the brand in-store. You will guide walk-in clients through personalized hair-health solutions and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with walk-in clients and explain products and treatment regimens
- Follow up with customers to track progress and drive repeat orders
- Manage walk-in appointments and daily store activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Deliver a premium, empathetic in-store experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Strong English is a must in communication and Kannada is a plus but not mandatory
- Well-groomed, articulate and confident in client-facing roles
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, closing shifts and weekends
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, aviation or customer service is an advantage
