Retail Sales Executive-Fashion Jewellery

Sathvik's Jewellery is a premium fashion jewellery retail store located on Commercial Street, Shivajinagar Bangalore. We offer a wide range of fashion jewellery, including Kundan, South Indian antique, temple, zircon and bridal jewellery for brides and families.

We are looking for Retail Sales Executive who has a natural ability to understand customers, recommend the right jewellery and convert successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Sales and Sales. Sell Jewelleries to customers and close the deal.

Welcome customers, quickly understand their requirements and provide the right jewellery.

Understand the customer's saree, lehenga, dress colour and style, and recommend suitable jewellery combinations.

Have a strong sales mindset, convince customers through product recommendations and close sales quickly.

Candidate Requirements

1-3 years experience in retail sales with excellent sales skills are preferred

Freshers may also apply if they have good sales skills.

Must be fluent in speaking and understanding Hindi.

Must be able to understand and speak basic English.

Kannada is a bonus.

Should have excellent convincing and sales-closing skills.

Must possess good common sense and match jewellery with sarees, lehengas, outfit colours and occasions.

Salary

Fixed: 23,000 - 26,000 per month

Incentives: ~5000 per month

Salary increment every 6 months if performance is good.

Location: Commercial Street, Shivajinagar, Bangalore.

Working Hours

Working hours: 11:30 AM to 9 PM.

Saturday and Sunday work is compulsory.

One weekly day off.
