About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join The Organic World. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure proper shelf stocking, product display, and merchandising.
• Monitor product availability and inform the Store Manager about stock replenishment needs.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging inventory.
• Monitor product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired products.
• Support daily sales targets and store profitability.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a retail store, supermarket, or FMCG retail environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
