Job Description
Position: Retail Team Leader
Company: The Organic World
Experience: 2+ Years in Retail Operations
Location: Bangalore
- Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and merchandise display.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve productivity.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and store escalations.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with Store Manager for operational improvements and business growth.
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG stores.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and store operations.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Preferred:Experience in supermarket, grocery retail, or organized retail chains.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
