Job Description

Responsible for providing on site service (customers home), repair, preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and technical support for Maeka water systems.

Key Duties:

  • Attend service calls and customer visits assigned through CRM.
  • Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Update service reports, jobsheets, observations and work in CRM.
  • Maintain tools and spare parts provided by the company.
  • Coordinate with the support team and follow Maeka service standards.
