**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop new business opportunities with dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, salons and wellness centres.

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital leads and field visits.

* Meet doctors and clinic owners to understand their equipment and business requirements.

* Present and demonstrate aesthetic and medical equipment, packages and solutions.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

* Maintain regular follow-ups from lead generation to final payment.

* Build long-term relationships with doctors and key decision-makers.

* Coordinate with telesales, service, marketing and operations teams.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline and daily activity reports.

* Identify market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

* Develop dealer/distributor and institutional business where required.

**Skills Required**

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Good sales closing ability.

* Comfortable with field visits and meeting doctors.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

* Experience in medical equipment, aesthetic equipment, pharma, healthcare or B2B sales preferred.
