Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify sales leads and create new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, online research, and other channels.

Reach out to prospective customers and introduce products or services.

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on business needs.

Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.

Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect information.

Schedule meetings or product discussions with qualified prospects.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status.

Achieve assigned lead generation and qualification targets.

Build positive relationships with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

Age: 22–35 years.

Both genders allowed.

Graduate qualification required.

Intermediate English communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development.

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong prospecting, follow-up, and lead qualification abilities.

Comfortable working with computers and sales tools.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Fixed: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

Incentive: Up to ₹20,000
