Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right electronic products based on their needs and budget.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and warranties clearly.
Achieve daily, monthly, and category-wise sales targets.
Maintain product displays, stock availability, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the purchase process.
Promote relevant accessories, extended warranty, and other value-added services.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth store operations.
Maintain product and market knowledge through regular training.
Follow company policies, billing processes, and customer service standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic product-related concerns professionally.
