Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, and field activities.
- Follow up with customers to close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and customer database.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Automobile Sales is mandatory.
- Only experienced candidates should apply.
- Male and Female candidates are eligible.
- PUC / 12th Pass / Graduation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and closing ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and relationship building.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
