Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our retail store team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in their purchase journey, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery pieces, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Showcase and explain product features, quality, and craftsmanship.
• Assist customers in trying on jewellery and provide styling suggestions.
• Maintain knowledge of current product collections, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle billing, exchange, and after-sales service processes as required.
• Ensure jewellery displays are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Follow store policies for handling stock, security, and transactions.
