Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle leads, client enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Conduct client meetings and project/site visits.
• Present projects, pricing, and construction details to customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
• Negotiate with clients and handle objections effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate bookings.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records.
• Build strong and long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer conversion.
Requirements
• Experience in real estate/builders/property/construction sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
