Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Interior Design team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting interior design solutions, and converting enquiries into confirmed projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through referrals, networking, digital enquiries, site visits and other channels.
• Respond to enquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
• Meet clients to understand their interior requirements, budget and preferences.
• Coordinate with the design team to present concepts, quotations and proposals.
• Conduct client presentations and site visits.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until project confirmation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, builders and channel partners.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups and sales pipelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation and execution teams for a smooth handover after booking.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes and pricing.
• Requirements 1–2 years of experience in interior sales or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Good understanding of residential/commercial interiors.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain design solutions.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of Bangalore market and local network will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
