B2C Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the menu, specials, and combos.
• Upsell desserts, beverages, add-ons, and gift items.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Handle billing, POS entries, and UPI/cash payments.
• Promote offers, loyalty programs, and social media pages.
• Handle customer queries and feedback politely.
• Take bookings for birthdays, kitty parties, and small events.

B2B Responsibilities

• Approach nearby offices, tech parks, co-working spaces, apartment communities, and event planners for bulk orders and tie-ups.
• Pitch corporate packages: meeting snacks, tea/coffee subscriptions, gifting hampers, and party orders.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals.
• Maintain relationships with repeat clients.
• Coordinate delivery and payments with the kitchen and management.
• Maintain a lead tracker and share weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• 12th pass or graduate, 0–2 years of sales or hospitality experience (freshers welcome).
• Good communication in English and Hindi. Kannada is a plus.
• Confident, pleasant personality.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends.
