Sales Executive

JOB SUMMERY

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing property. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and handling customer inquiries to conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through final registration

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify prospective buyers through cold calling, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property tours, showcase project USPs, and present floor plans or ROI projections to clients.
• End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and transition prospects smoothly from initial meeting to booking and agreement signing.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment schedules, and contract terms in line with company guidelines to close deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with buyers, investors, channel partners, and local brokers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with legal, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth documentation and property handover.
• Reporting: Maintain up-to-date customer data, daily outreach logs, and pipeline reports in the company log.
