Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to deliver an excellent shopping experience, achieve sales targets, and maintain store standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
  • Handle billing support and customer queries when required.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and offers.
  • Work closely with the store team to provide excellent customer service.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass
  • Freshers Can Apply
  • 0–3 years of retail sales experience (home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or consumer retail preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
