Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to deliver an excellent shopping experience, achieve sales targets, and maintain store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Handle billing support and customer queries when required.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and offers.
- Work closely with the store team to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Freshers Can Apply
- 0–3 years of retail sales experience (home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or consumer retail preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
