Sales Executive

Follow Your Child is a parenting education brand in Bangalore. Our coach is followed by more than 530,000 parents on Instagram, and thousands of parents join our free parenting webinars. Many parents want help but do not sign up on the day. You will call them, understand their child's problem, and help them join the right program.

Your work: You will call parents after every webinar and run sales calls for our premium programs. You will follow up with every lead until you get a clear yes or no, call back on the dates parents ask for, and follow up on pending payments. You will log every call in our CRM (Zoho Bigin) and share weekly numbers on calls, sales and revenue. Once a parent joins, you will welcome her, invite her to orientation, book her 1:1 call with our founder, and answer her questions on phone, WhatsApp and email.

Who we want: You have 2 to 4 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of closing sales on phone calls. High-ticket sales experience is a big plus. You speak excellent English, and Hindi is a plus. You are calm, polite and consistent with follow-ups, because we never push a parent into something she does not need. You are comfortable with a CRM and Excel. Ed-tech or online coaching sales experience is a bonus, and so is being a parent yourself.

Work details: This is an in-office role in Rajajinagar 5th Block, Bangalore, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. There are some weekend calls on program days, with time off in the week. You get a fixed salary plus incentives on sales closed. Immediate joining.
