Job Description

About the RolePinkcity Fincap (P) Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property business in Bangalore.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Generate business through direct and channel sales.
  • Manage and develop DSA, connector and other business relationships.
  • Identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Guide and support sales team members in achieving targets.
  • Monitor leads, applications, sanctions and disbursements.
  • Conduct regular market visits and develop new sourcing channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams.
  • Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development.
  • Experience in Home Loan, LAP, secured loans, Banking or NBFC preferred.
  • Strong team handling and sales management skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong target-oriented approach.
