Job Description


We are hiring Relationship Managers (RM) and Sales Managers (SM) for the Business LAP / Retail LAP segment across multiple locations.

Locations: Meerut | Lucknow | Gwalior | Alwar | Kanpur |Delhi NCR | Varanasi | Jalandhar | Amritsar | Chandigarh | Hisar | Rohtak | Sonipat | Dehradun | Faridabad | Jaipur |Gurugram | Hyderabad | Bangalore


Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Age: Up to 34 years

✔️ Experience: Retail LAP experience only

✔️ Ticket Size: ₹50 Lakhs – ₹5 Cr

✔️ Average Ticket Size: ₹75 Lakhs – ₹2 Cr

✔️ RM Experience: 2–4 Years

✔️ SM Experience: 3–6 Years

✔️ RM Salary (in CTC): Up to ₹5.65 LPA

✔️ SM salary (in CTC): Up to ₹7.60 LPA

✔️ ROI: 11%–14%

✔️ DSA sourcing: Mandatory


▪️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Generate business through DSA and direct sourcing

✔️ Acquire new customers for Retail LAP products

✔️ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement

✔️ Build and maintain relationships with customers and DSA partners

✔️ Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
