Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • ๐ŸŒ Customer Engagement & Solutions
  • Visit potential customers and OEMs to understand requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships with clients and OEM partners.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Generate enquiries for industrial automation applications and identify new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • ๐ŸŽค Technical Expertise & Presentations
  • Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations showcasing products and services.
  • Participate in project-related technical discussions to provide valuable insights.
  • ๐Ÿค Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with the Proposal team to prepare quotations, BoMs, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure smooth project management activities.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Sales & Order Management
  • Follow up on purchase orders, proforma invoices, deliveries, and payments post-order confirmation.
  • Ensure timely updates and accurate tracking of leads, inquiries, and offers using CRM tools.
  • ๐Ÿ” Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor industry trends, evaluate competitor performance, and assess product strengths to refine strategies.
  • ๐Ÿ›  Customer Support & Satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

  • ๐Ÿ“‘ Reporting & Performance Review
  • Provide regular updates to management through CRM discussions and detailed Excel reports.
  • Review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets with in-depth analysis alongside management and proposal teams.
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Promotions & Events
  • Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and events to enhance brand visibility.
