Job Description
Fashion Sales & Store Executive — PopThread Co
Location: Bengaluru
Employment: Full-time
PopThread Co is looking for a warm, energetic and fashion-loving woman to manage customer sales at our offline store.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with women, understands styling and fit, and can turn a store visit into a thoughtful, memorable shopping experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and understand their requirements
• Recommend the right styles, colours and sizes
• Achieve individual and monthly store sales targets
• Handle billing, payments and customer records accurately
• Maintain displays, folding, cleanliness and visual merchandising
• Track stock movement, returns and exchanges
• Follow up with interested customers through WhatsApp
• Support exhibitions, pop-ups and new collection launches
• Share daily sales, customer and inventory reports
Ideal candidate:
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion, ethnic wear, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery or premium retail
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Energetic, presentable, responsible and target-oriented
• Comfortable with billing software, WhatsApp and basic spreadsheets
• English and Hindi required; Kannada is an advantage
• Available on weekends and retail working days
Compensation: Competitive fixed salary plus performance incentives.
