Job Description

Role Summary

The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing export and domestic markets, building distributor networks, and driving revenue growth for surgical sutures and related medical products.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through market research, trade portals, exhibitions, and direct outreach.
  • Develop distributor and dealer networks for surgical sutures.
  • Handle export inquiries and coordinate with international clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain relationships with hospitals, distributors, and medical suppliers.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis.
  • Coordinate with regulatory and production teams for product approvals and supply timelines.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products preferred.
  • Understanding of export documentation and international trade is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Market research and strategic planning capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online B2B platforms.
  • Languages to be known Hindi, English and any other regional languages.
