Job Description
Role Summary
The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing export and domestic markets, building distributor networks, and driving revenue growth for surgical sutures and related medical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, trade portals, exhibitions, and direct outreach.
- Develop distributor and dealer networks for surgical sutures.
- Handle export inquiries and coordinate with international clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain relationships with hospitals, distributors, and medical suppliers.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Coordinate with regulatory and production teams for product approvals and supply timelines.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products preferred.
- Understanding of export documentation and international trade is an advantage.
- Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- Market research and strategic planning capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online B2B platforms.
- Languages to be known Hindi, English and any other regional languages.
